JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 9.
AS TO THE LIST OF OFFICERS AND SOLDIERS OF THE LATE WAR.
- 1. Be it Resolved by the Senate and General Assembly of the State of New Jersey, That the Governor, the Secretary of State, the Adjutant General, the Comptroller and the Treasurer, be authorized to cause to be published such number of copies as they may deem proper of the Record of Officers and Soldiers of the late War, now on file in the Adjutant General’s Office; that they be directed to make such disposition of the same, upon such plan and in such manner as shall appear to them most judicious and consistent with the public interest.
- 2. Resolved. That the Treasurer be directed to pay upon the warrant of the Comptroller, the expense incurred in carrying the foregoing Resolution into effect.
